EMERGENCY SELECTBOARD MEETING

Tuesday, May 21, 2026

8:30 am

Present: Joel Clark-Chair, Nicole Draper, Ronald Underwood-Members, Brian Savage-Town Administrator, Cathy Fournier-Town Clerk, Christina Candels-Assistant Town Administrator  

1. Call to Order

Mr. Clark called the meeting to order at 8:31 am.

2. Liquor Control

Ms. Draper made a motion to adjourn the Special Selectboard Meeting and enter into Liquor Control Board meeting at 8:31 pm, seconded by Mr. Underwood. Motion carried.

1. Liquor and Tobacco License Renewals

Ms. Cathy Fournier said she received a request for renewal yesterday from AR. Swanton Store Corp. for licenses listed below, they have no violations.

• Tobacco
• Tobacco Substitute
• 2^nd Class Liquor License

Mr. Underwood made a motion to approve the liquor licenses presented, seconded by Ms. Draper. Motion carried.

Ms. Draper made a motion to adjourn the Liquor Control Board meeting and Re-enter the Special Selectboard meeting at 8:32 am, seconded by Mr. Underwood. Motion carried.                  

3. Adjourn

Ms. Draper made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:32 am, seconded by Mr. Underwood. Motion carried.
