The Town Highway Department has spent the last 3 weeks on the reconfiguration of the Swanton Hill Rd.
This project has taken 2 years of budgeting and planning to complete.
The road was blasted down 10’ and rebuilt by the Highway Department 25”. This project competed by the Town Highway Department saved a considerable amount of money to taxpayers by completing the project vs. contracting the work out.
The Town hopes to have the road paved by October 1st.
