REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
INTERIOR PAINTING
SWANTON TOWN OFFICES
The Town of Swanton is seeking proposals from qualified individual and/or firms to do interior painting of the Swanton Town Offices, located at 1 Academy Street, Swanton.
The work will include surface prep and painting of the walls in the building’s first floor. There is also some minor ceiling repair work needed, however overall, the ceilings do not need to be painted.
The proposal shall be split into three areas of the building with a quote for each area:
- Front Entrance way and the clerk’s office and kitchen
- Board Room, hallway, restrooms and conference room
- Listers office, Town Administrator’s Office, Zoning Office
The Town will supply the paint and preferably the work should be done during non-business hours.

Sealed bids are to be received NO LATER THAN JUNE 17, 2025 AT 4:00 PM by Mr. Savage at the above address. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Please include 3 references and a certificate of insurance with your bids.
The Town of Swanton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
