1 Academy Street, Swanton, VT

6:30 p.m.

Present: Ed Daneil, Ross Lavoie, Oliver Manning, Heather Buczkowski, Andy LaRocque, Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent

1. Call to Order

Mr. Lavoie called the meeting to order at 6:42 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. Lavoie reviewed the agenda.

3. Review minutes of March 13, 2024

Mr. Manning made a motion to approve March 13, 2024, minutes as written, seconded by Ms. Buczkowski. Motion carried.

4. Land Use & Development Regulations Review

Mr. Parent reviewed sections 5, 6 & started section 7 in the Land Use & Development Regulations. Planning Commission Members have requested Ms. Giroux schedule a date the Development Review Board can come to the next Planning Commission meeting to discuss regulations they would like clarity in.

5. Next Planning Commission meeting date

April 10, 2024

6. Public Comment

None

7. Elect new Chair and Vice Chair

Mr. Manning made a motion to nominate Mr. Ross Lavoie as new Chair of the Swanton Planning Commission, seconded by Ms. Buczkowski. Motion carried.

Mr. LaRocque made a motion to nominate Mr. Oliver Manning as the new Vice Chair of the Swanton Planning Commission, seconded by Mr. Lavoie. Motion carried.

8. Adjournment

Mr. Manning made a motion to adjourn at 7:57 pm, seconded by Ms. Buczkowski. Motion carried.
