This special event represents more than the opening of a new trail access point—it is a celebration of the shared vision, collaboration, and regional connection that the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail brings to all of our communities.
The morning will include brief remarks, a ribbon cutting, and time for community connection along the trail.
As we look to the future, we also encourage you to share the opportunity within your community to get involved in the LVRT Ambassador Program for 2026. This initiative invites friendly, engaged trail users to serve as welcoming stewards—helping visitors, sharing local knowledge, and supporting a positive trail experience across the network. We are looking for ambassadors in all the communities on the western end of the trail
