6:30 p.m.

Present: Ed Daniel-Chair, Ross Lavoie-Vice Chair, Andy LaRocque, Heath Buczkowski, Oliver Manning-Members, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent, Shawn Cheney

1. Call to Order

Mr. Daniel called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm.

2. Agenda Review

Mr. Daniel reviewed the agenda.

Mr. Daniel requested at the next meeting to discuss electing new Chair & Vice Chair.

3. Review minutes of January 10, 2024

Mr. Lavoie made a motion to approve January 10, 2024 draft minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Manning. Motion carried.

4. Land Use & Development Regulations Review

Mr. Parent reviewed with the board regulations in the sections listed:

Signs, Steep Slopes, Development Near Water, Wastewater Systems, Dwellings Per Lot & Native American Sites District.

5. Next Planning Commission meeting date

February 7, 2024 & February 28, 2024

6. Public Comment

Mr. Cheney requested to be mindful when looking at sign regulations lighted signs.

7. Any Other Necessary Business

None

8. Adjournment   

Mr. Lavoie made a motion to adjourn at 7:58 pm, seconded by Mr. LaRocque. Motion carried.
